INU Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (1255364-V) was established and incorporated as a trading house in 2017, with its main office located in Setia Alam, Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
The company began its journey with a focus on UV products and services, being the first in the Malaysian market to introduce the Handrail UV Sterilizer for Escalators and Moving Walkways, and are currently the authorized sole distributor with OEM business rights for Malaysia and all overseas market except for Korea, Japan and Hong Kong.
We have now expanded into the agricultural business of Oil Palm Plantation Advisory and Management services headed by our Chairman, Mr. M. Radha Nair, who has a vast experience in this sector.

We are the authorized sole distributor for Device & Circuit Co., Ltd. & Enputech Co., Ltd., two established UV product manufacturers in South Korea.

Management Team
The business is driven by our 3 working directors, collectively they have accumulated a vast experience across various industries. They are involved in oil palm and rubber plantation management and consultancy, business development, research and development, procurement, project management, operations, finance and administration of the company.
M. Radha Nair
Chairman- Combined 49 years of working experience in the plantation industry.
- 31 years in Malaysia, 1 year in Ghana (West Africa), 17 years in Indonesia (Jakarta, Kalimantan, Papua & Sumatra).
- Total of 10 years covering Rubber Plantations and 39 years in Oil Palm Plantations.
- Management of Palm Oil Mills over 4 years in Malaysia and 1 year in Ghana.
- Management of Rubber Factory over 4 years in Malaysia (Latex, SMR and SOCRUB).
- Was the Chairman (elected) for Malaysian Palm Oil Association (MPOA), Selangor Branch (2002 – 2004), and Chairman (elected) for Malayan Agricultural Producers Association (MAPA), Advisory Services, Selangor Branch (2003 – 2004).
- Mr. Firhan Nair carries over 14 years of Business Development & Management, Operations, Finance, Market Research and Strategy Consulting experiences in Australia & Malaysia.
- He has worked across a diverse range of industries including Automotive & Transportation, Logistics & Infrastructure, Construction, Building & Technologies, Trade & Investments and Healthcare.
- Attended Cranbrook School, Sydney (HSC), and graduated from the University of Technology Sydney (DBS) and Queensland University, Sydney, Australia (BBM).
- Mr. Ferren Nair has 20 years accumulated experience across various industries encompassing Business Development & Management, Waste Management (Sanitary Landfill – Municipal Solid Waste & Non-Scheduled Waste), Operations, Finance, Trade & Investments, Transport Management, Healthcare and Sales & Marketing.
- He trained as a Cadet Pilot (Malaysian Flying Academy) and obtained his Frozen Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL). He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management from Victoria College of Technology and E-Commerce, London, UK.
